Our consultants are extremely successful for two reasons --
We know the business, and we are very particular about who works with our clients.
Our consultant selection process is thorough and effective, and includes:
- Conducting in-depth behavioral and skills-related interviews on all candidates.
- Assessing each candidate to gauge their communication knowledge and abilities.
- Checking at least three professional references.
We also screen each candidate for interpersonal communication skills, team orientation, professionalism, commitment, and reliability.
And once a consultant is placed, we don't consider our job done. We communicate with both our consultants and clients regularly to help ensure that the project is a success.
