We know the business, and we are very particular about who works with our clients.

Our consultant selection process is thorough and effective, and includes:

Conducting in-depth behavioral and skills-related interviews on all candidates.
Assessing each candidate to gauge their communication knowledge and abilities.
Checking at least three professional references.

We also screen each candidate for interpersonal communication skills, team orientation, professionalism, commitment, and reliability.

And once a consultant is placed, we don't consider our job done. We communicate with both our consultants and clients regularly to help ensure that the project is a success.
